Nous étions au concert des Cats On Trees à Saint Rémy de Provence. On vous raconte l’évènement.

Un après-midi avec les Cats On Trees

Après avoir déjeuner, les Cats On Trees ainsi que le quatuor à cordes ont souhaité visiter la ville, pour se détendre et profiter des charmes de la Provence. C’est donc avec le beau temps que Nina, Yohan et le reste de la troupe se sont promenés avant de retourner à leurs instruments respectifs.

Répétitions Cats On Trees

Après un court moment de répis, les Cats On Trees retournent à la salle de concert pour les répétitions. Ces moments là sont vraiment des moments privilégiés et importants car entre deux répétitions, ils peuvent créer et tester de nouvelles compositions. Ce jour-là, ils testent de nouveaux projets de chansons… mais nous n’en dirons pas plus!

Début de soirée

Ce soir, la salle de concert de Saint Rémy affiche complet avec plus de 1.000 personnes venues voir notre duo toulousain. Tout est prêt, en place, répétitions terminées… il ne reste plus qu’à manger, écouter la première partie, s’échauffer la voix et les bras (pour Yohan) et assurer le show.

Première partie : Gael Faure

Ce soir là, le jeune chanteur Gaël Faure (ainsi que son musicien) était en première partie des Cats On Trees. C’est la deuxième fois que l’ardechois assure la première partie pour les Cats. Il s’agit donc de retrouvailles en quelques sortes.
En quelques minutes, Gael Faure séduit le public avec la puissance de sa voix et sa guitare. Après huits chansons et de nombreux applaudissements, il laisse la place au groupe tant attendu.

Cats On Stage

Nina, Yohan ainsi que les cordes arrivent sur scène et entament le premier morceau. Dès lors, le public est embarqué dans leur univers grâce aux mélodies, aux quelques mots échangés avec le public, le décor et les lumières. Quinze chansons plus tard, un rappel et trois autres chansons, les Cats On Trees terminent le show. Nous avons eu le droit à leur nouvelle chanson « You Try » à voir ci-dessous.
