Les Cats On Trees soutiennent l’association Jerkov

L’association toulousaine JERKOV occupe une place importante pour nos Cats On Trees, Nina et Yohan. En effet, l’association JERKOV les soutient depuis 2007 (dès le début de Cats) et a fait un gros travail de développement pour les faire connaître. On doit donc beaucoup à cette association, à son travail quotidien et passionné pour nous proposer à nous, PUBLIC, des groupes émergents, des concerts un peu partout en France (et même à l’étranger) mais aussi des actions culturelles. Le tout mené d’une main de maître par Matthieu Miegeville (Terre Neuve Collective, MOPA, Psykup).

Aujourd’hui, après un premier album vendu à plus de 160.000 exemplaires, 200 dates de concerts, les Cats On Trees restent et veulent continuer leurs actions auprès de l’association Jerkov. Yohan, en plus de ses talents de musicien, expose ses peintures. Il propose une exposition «  Les Regards Sonores », destinée aux malvoyants. Il a crée des toiles en relief que les visiteurs sont invités à toucher, de plus chacune d’elles sont associées à une musique pour l’illustrer. L’exposition est ouverte à tous, à l’Odyssud (Blagnac) du 23 au 31 mars. Quant à Nina, elle a réalisé la vidéo (voix et montage) qui permettra de vous convaincre, internautes, de faire un don afin de pérenniser les actions culturelles de l’asso JERKOV.

Vous l’aurez compris, l’asso Jerkov c’est un peu comme une histoire de famille pour nos Cats On Trees!

L’association toulousaine Jerkov a lancé une campagne de crowdfunding pour récolter des fonds afin de pouvoir continuer à mener à bien tous ces projets. Jerkov Musiques délivre des rescrits fiscaux, ce qui permet de déduire 66% de votre feuille d’imposition. En clair, pour un don de 100€, vous pouvez retirer 66€, votre don ne vous coute plus que 34€ à la fin du compte !

JERKOV est une association à but non-lucratif, qui existe depuis 10 ans. Elle a trois grands domaines d’actions :
– la programmation, avec près de 50 concerts par an à Toulouse
– le booking/développement d’artistes : avec des artistes comme Cats On Trees, Manu Galure, etc.
– mais aussi la mise en place d’actions culturelles à vocation sociale et solidaire. JERKOV a dans son ADN cet l’engagement social et citoyen, cette volonté d’apporter quelque chose à la société par les actions et projets transversaux que l’association défend au quotidien.
